Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by BCBA professionals and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain high standards of conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
