Job summary

Behavioral Focus, LLC is a faith-based agency providing ABA-based therapy to learners with ASD. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under BCBA/BCaBA supervision and directly implements programs from ITP and BRP components.

The role involves 1:1 or group client care, data collection, progress notes, and communicating with families and supervisors. Candidates should have a high school diploma (30 college credits) and ABA experience; preferred are a bachelor’s/master’s in related fields

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 30 college credit hours or equivalent experience in ABA services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech and Hearing, or related field preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 or in group settings
• Implement components of BRP
• Follow skill acquisition programs identified in the ITP
• Collect and record data
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Complete progress notes and daily paperwork
• Communicate with parents and supervisor about client progress and concerns
• Attend trainings to maintain and grow clinical knowledge
