Job summary

BrightBridge ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team in Greer, SC. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and family relationships.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children and travel to client locations if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or communities as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members; participate in supervision and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport and positive therapy experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
