Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is a family-owned agency dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy for children and families. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA team and supporting each client’s goals in home, school, or community settings.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, helping others, and delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree is a plus.
• Reliable and compassionate with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed ABA treatment plans and record data.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.
• Experience with working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record client data to track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision and training sessions.
• Build rapport and provide compassionate support to clients and families.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Pursue ongoing training to enhance skills.
