Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Southport team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and support each client’s goals with fidelity and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, attending supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Follow company policies and ethical guidelines with professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
