Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA supervisors and supporting each client’s goals in a caring, trauma-informed setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings including home, school, or community.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
