Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Lexington, North Carolina is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision in home, school, or community settings.

You will collect and record data, monitor progress, and collaborate with BCBA colleagues to ensure fidelity and positive client outcomes. The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and delivering high‑quality care.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
  • Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
  • Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
  • Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
