Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an energetic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data in real time.

Qualifications include current RBT certification and a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus. A valid driver's license is required to reach clients. Join a supportive team with strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
