Blue Gems ABA seeks an dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and families to promote generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers for generalization.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
