Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering plans designed by the supervising BCBA. You will collect accurate progress data, collaborate with families and caregivers, and maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions to support meaningful skill development.

Requirements include active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA in related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
