Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and collecting progress data. You will collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive and engaging session environment.
