Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in the United States seeks an enthusiastic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized behavior intervention plans. You will collect real-time data, collaborate with the supervising BCBA and families, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment while supporting meaningful progress for kids.

A valid RBT certification and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
