Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

Collaboration with families and caregivers ensures skill generalization. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for children during sessions.
