Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement plans, collect real-time data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to ensure skill generalization.

Requirements include active RBT certification (eligibility considered), a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Prior autism experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
