Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to support children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement behavior plans, and help families achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will collect data with clinical software, collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for sessions while advancing your professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
