Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision and contribute to meaningful progress for clients and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
