A Brighter Alternative ABA in Brunswick, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Brunswick, GA 31520.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
