A Brighter Alternative ABA in Marietta, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team, delivering in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and focusing on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Marietta, GA 30062.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
