Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Blackshear, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home therapy team. You will provide 1:1 ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills to support children with autism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Blackshear, GA 31516.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills. Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
