A Brighter Alternative ABA in Cochran, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home therapy team. You will work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

The role offers 25 hours per week, flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($25–$32 per hour), and growth opportunities within a mission-driven ABA company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Cochran GA., 31014.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

The right candidate must be comfortable working with an older child.
