Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in Georgia. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and document sessions while engaging with families to support daily living and communication goals.

The role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and collaborative teamwork with the clinical staff. Flexible scheduling and meaningful, hands-on impact for children and families are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
