Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Marietta, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team. You will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This part-time, in-person position offers competitive pay between $25.00 and $32.00 per hour, after-school and evening hours, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Marietta, GA 30062.

Position Overview
