Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans that focus on communication, daily living skills, and behavior reduction.

The role requires fluency in Arabic, reliable transportation, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Conyers, GA 30094.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This role requires RBT to be fluent in Arabic.

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
