Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families, while maintaining professionalism and reliability. RBT certification is required and CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.

• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
