Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Swainsboro, GA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans focusing on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This part-time, in-home role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $25–$32 per hour, and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven ABA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Swainsboro, GA 30401.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
