Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Blackshear, GA. You will work under supervision to implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Blackshear, GA 31516.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
