Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Regional Workplace Health and Safety Manager to partner with regional operations, execute WHS policies, and drive risk reduction across sites in the designated region, including Woodburn, OR. You will build and mentor safety teams, lead leadership development, and ensure compliance with local, regional, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of safety/environmental program experience
• 7+ years in people and performance management
• Experience with lean/process improvement
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Willingness to relocate within region

Responsibilities

• Act as SME of local/regional regulations and company WHS policy.
• Lead regional teams in safety program execution and improvement.
• Analyze WHS metrics and incident trends weekly/monthly.
• Train and mentor WHS staff at FCs.
• Partner with regional and corporate WHS to share best practices.
