Job summary

ITW Welding seeks a Regional Welding Process Trainer to grow regional capability by enhancing distributor performance and technician proficiency. You will deliver hands-on welding training, webinars, and live sessions across multiple locations, building confidence and advocacy for ITW welding solutions.

The role requires 40–60% travel, strong presentation skills, and deep welding process knowledge to drive sales growth and product adoption across distributors and end-users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on welding experience with SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and FCAW.
• Experience in training, sales enablement, technical instruction, or field demos; laser/automation exposure a plus.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regional training initiatives with Channel Sales Managers and regional teams.
• Maintain annual training schedules covering welding processes, products, and region-specific applications.
• Coordinate distributor enrollment and logistics for regional programs.
