Job summary

ITW is seeking a Welding Automation Sales Specialist to lead automation sales across the Eastern Great Lakes region, covering Ohio and Michigan. You will build relationships with customers and distributors, deliver value-driven solutions, and drive growth using the full welding product portfolio.

You will provide expert robotics welding guidance, run training and product demos, collaborate with internal teams, and manage priorities with an 80/20 approach while traveling overnight 50-75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in welding or related industry with robotics, controls, and advanced welding processes.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system.
• REQUIRED: Ability to travel overnight at least 50 - 75%
