Job summary

ITW Welding is seeking a Regional Trainer to enhance distributor performance and strengthen technical proficiency across the region. You will deliver engaging welding training, support program adoption, and collaborate across ITW divisions to drive sales growth.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on welding experience with SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, plus strong facilitation and presentation skills. Travel 40–60% across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on welding experience with SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW.
• Experience in training, sales enablement, technical instruction, or field-based demonstrations.
• Familiarity with ITW products, processes, and technologies; CRM/LMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and annual training initiatives with Channel Sales Managers and regional teams.
• Deliver in-person, hands-on, webinars, and e-learning training sessions.
• Develop training materials with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
• Track training via CRM/LMS and evaluate effectiveness for continuous improvement.
