Job summary

Rittal LLC seeks a Manufacturing Training Specialist - Weld & LEAN to design and deliver welding training across MIG, TIG, and stainless steel processes. The role blends hands-on welding support with safety instruction, training program development, and continuous improvement leadership across multiple shifts.

You will conduct annual recertifications, support onboarding, and use AG5 and SAP SuccessFactors to track certifications and performance.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in welding or manufacturing related field preferred.
5–7 years welding industry experience including training.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with welding tools, techniques, safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver welding training programs for MIG, TIG, stainless steel welding, and emerging technologies.
Conduct annual welding recertifications and competency assessments.
Train and maintain qualifications for forklift, crane, and safety programs.
Lead LEAN / continuous improvement initiatives and investigate weld quality issues.
Track training effectiveness and compliance through AG5, SAP SuccessFactors, and LMS systems.
