Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks a Regional Training and Operations Technician to cover vacations and absences, assist in developing local operations teams, and support new account start-ups across the region. You will operate and maintain wastewater facilities, perform sampling and lab testing, keep accurate records, and travel extensively to multiple sites.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3+ years of wastewater experience, strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Wastewater treatment plant operations or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google workspace.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage of Veolia operated facilities in designated region during vacations and absences.
• Provide in-person training visits and develop electronic training materials for technicians.
• Ensure industry standards and best practices are used across facilities.
• Support new account start-up projects with SWOT team.
• Troubleshoot process issues and assist in optimizing treatment processes.
