Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician to cover vacations at multiple water and wastewater facilities, train local teams, and support new start-ups across the region. You will troubleshoot processes, perform sampling, and generate daily shift reports while facilitating hands-on training for technicians.

Significant travel is required. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in wastewater operations, strong maintenance knowledge, and the ability to develop effective training

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Wastewater treatment plant operations or related field.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks or longer as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage of Veolia facilities in the region during vacations and absences.
• Develop training resources and provide hands-on training to local technicians.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, laboratory procedures, and preventive maintenance.
