Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in wastewater treatment operations or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and participate in extended site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage of Veolia facilities in the region during vacations and absences.
• Develop local technicians through hands-on training and by creating resources.
• Ensure industry standards, lab procedures, and preventative maintenance best practices are followed.
• Support new account start-ups with the SWOT team and training of technicians.
• Troubleshoot process issues and assist in optimizing plant performance.
