Job summary

Veolia is seeking a regional Wastewater Operations Technician to cover vacations and absences across multiple facilities. The role includes training local teams, troubleshooting processes, collecting lab data, and ensuring compliance with Veolia standards.

You will travel frequently to designated sites, support new account start-ups, and coordinate with the SWOT team to achieve operational goals. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• 3+ years of wastewater treatment plant operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete coverage of Veolia facilities in the region during vacations and absences.
• Develop and train local technicians through site visits and electronic materials.
• Ensure industry standards and best practices across Veolia facilities in the region.
• Support new account start-ups with the SWOT team and training for new technicians.
• Troubleshoot process issues and assist in data-driven decision making.
