Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Wastewater to lead regional growth for municipal wastewater aeration solutions in a remote, nationwide capacity in the United States. You will manage a network of Manufacturer's Representatives, drive opportunities from development to purchase orders, and provide technical guidance on SBR, oxidation ditch and lagoon systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of municipal wastewater processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve annual sales quotas.
• Drive new business through prospecting, visits, and relationship management with utilities, engineers, and contractors.
• Lead opportunities from early development through bid, negotiation, and orders.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical aeration systems for SBR, oxidation ditch, and lagoon applications.
• Develop regional sales plans and forecast pipeline performance.
