Job summary

Tanium Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a team of Solutions Engineers, guiding technical sales opportunities across major accounts and coordinating with Sales, Enterprise Services, and Customer Support.

Based in the CT time zone with 30-50% travel, the RVP will drive account and territory planning, maintain technical relevance of the Tanium portfolio, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across the region.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to deliver revenue and guide the customer journey from discovery to adoption.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to team execution and meet regional goals.
• Foster high accountability and ensure commitments are met with key metrics.
• Build strategic partnerships with Sales leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Lead or mentor team members with coaching and development.
• Ensure ongoing technical enablement and Tanium culture across the region.
• Drive regional results through data-driven decisions and workload planning.
• Manage account and territory assignments within the region and coordinate with partners.
