Tanium is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a team of Solutions Engineers, guiding technical sales opportunities and fostering customer success across the region. At Tanium, our Regional Vice President role fulfills a necessary role of leading a team of Solutions Engineers which serve our customers and prospects by understanding their challenges and showcasing the Tanium value proposition to solve tough customer problems. This role is charged with preserving the incredible culture upon which Tanium was built. Operating in a collaborative team environment with other teams like sales, product management, enterprise services, marketing, and customer support, RVPs contribute to each customer’s success by leading technical sales opportunities for customer prospects and in our most strategic existing accounts. RVPs must have unwavering leadership skills and remain technically relevant with the Tanium portfolio. RVPs must be ready for any customer facing situation with their team and are seen as experts in account and territory planning, technical expertise, technical sales, and leadership within the assigned territory.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 to $322,000 and this position will also be commission eligible. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
In addition to an annual base salary, team members will receive equity awards and a generous benefits package consisting of medical, dental and vision plan, family planning benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, transportation savings account, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, life, accident and disability coverage, business travel accident insurance, employee assistance programs, disability insurance, and other well-being benefits.
