Job summary

Experience in selling COLI/BOLI and deep networks with wirehouses and consulting firms are essential. Travel up to 30% is required, with a focus on strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in NQDC plan sales.
• Proven success selling corporate owned life insurance and related products.
• Deep relationships with wirehouses, consulting firms, accounting firms, BGAs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Builds long-term relationships with partners that cultivate repeat business.
• Represents the company at conferences and trade shows, maintaining a high industry visibility.
• Develops and implements a sales and marketing strategy for specific market segments.
• Manages key metrics to drive business growth.
