Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, seeks a Regional Vice President to drive retirement plan sales through Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs and DC I/O Firms.

You will promote product options, advise during prospecting, and attend sales calls as needed while building strong relationships, managing a high-volume meeting schedule, and staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

7–10 years in the retirement plan industry or 3–5 years in a retirement plan wholesaling role.
Proven sales track record in full-service DC recordkeeping and admin services.
Over-night travel required.
Strong time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment.
Series 6 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

Meet a minimum of 60 meetings per month with Financial Professionals and document them in CRM.
Promote product options and alliance partner products to Financial Professionals.
Coordinate wholesaling with ISC and internal Sales to maximize coverage.
Discuss fiduciary 3(21) solutions and various fund share classes.
Protect confidential data and uphold Ascensus core values daily.
