Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a seasoned sales executive to expand our non-qualified retirement plan services, institutional life insurance programs (COLI, BOLI, ICOLI) and fiduciary offerings. You will develop relationships with advisors and third parties who have access to C-suite executives across U.S.

corporations, guiding them to implement Newport Institutional Solutions products and cross-sell other Ascensus offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience selling NQDC plans.
• Proven success selling corporate owned life insurance.
• Deep knowledge of nonqualified retirement plans and COLI/BOLI.
• Strong existing relationships with wirehouses, consultancies, BGAs.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Builds long-term relationships with partners and clients.
• Develops and executes sales strategies for market segments.
• Represents the company at conferences and trade shows.
• Champions sales and business development initiatives.
