Job summary

Havenpark in Denver, CO is seeking a Regional Manager to translate strategy into regional plans, lead Community Managers, and own the region's financial health. You will drive sales through on-site teams and partner with home-office groups to ensure performance and consistency across communities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regional leadership, strong property management experience, and a proven ability to coach teams, manage budgets, and travel regularly within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role with multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience in property management; manufactured housing or multifamily assets valued.
• Financial acumen: drive revenue, control expenses, manage P&Ls and budgets across multiple locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to inspire teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own regional results by translating Havenpark's strategy into regional plans and driving performance.
• Oversee portfolio financial health via P&L, budgets, and capital projects to maintain NOI.
• Drive home sales performance through Community Managers and on-site sales teams.
• Maintain low delinquency and disciplined collections across communities.
• Ensure each community meets Green and Clean standards and delivers a five-star resident experience.
