Job summary

Havenpark is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities across the Chicago region. You will report to the SVP of Operations and supervise Community Managers, partnering with on-site sales teams to drive results.

You will own regional performance, budgets, and capital projects while upholding our standards. You will use Havenpark's dashboards to monitor trends, identify risks, and implement targeted strategies to keep properties on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years as regional or multi-site leader.
• Proven property management experience, with manufactured housing or multifamily assets valued.
• Proven revenue growth, expense control, and P&L/budget management across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into regional plans and drive performance to meet ambitious goals.
• Own the regional P&L, budgets, and NOI while maintaining positive results across the region.
• Drive home sales performance by collaborating with on-site teams to hit targets.
• Keep delinquency low and enforce collections discipline across communities.
• Ensure every community meets Green and Clean standards and delivers a five-star resident experience.
• Lead and coach Community Managers, setting clear expectations and holding teams to standards.
