CONAM Management Corporation seeks a Regional Vice President for Greenwood Village, CO to oversee two regions (CO and PNW) with a strong focus on budgeting, leasing, and operations across multiple properties. This on-site, full-time role offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $185,000–$215,000 per year.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a Regional VP in multifamily management and 7+ years in the industry, plus a valid CA real estate license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Regional Vice President in the multifamily management field required
• 7+ Years in the multi family Industry
• Act as liaison between ownership and management teams to support operational objectives
• Lead, mentor, coach, and take managerial responsibility for regional team and onsite associates
• Oversee budgeting and reporting; manage the marketing and leasing efforts for all properties in the portfolio
• Manage complex operational matters on a daily basis
• Experience with Onboarding/Offboarding properties
• State of CA Real Estate License required
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; property management software knowledge
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage; travel throughout several markets required

Responsibilities

• Marketing and Leasing: Effectively measure and track property-level leasing performance to meet owner and budget objectives.
• Financial and Reporting: Track regional financial results against budget goals.
• Education and Training: Monitor training compliance for all associates in the region.
• Recruitment: Work with Talent Acquisitions to recruit and onboard staff.
• Legal: Ensure business practices comply with fair housing and employment laws.
• Regulatory Compliance: Be familiar with property-specific regulatory programs.
• Customer Service / Communication: Communicate performance to owners and ensure OSHA & IIPP compliance.
• General: Maintain active real estate license and pursue new business opportunities.
