Job summary

Havenpark is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities and drive performance. You will translate company strategy into regional plans, own the P&L, manage budgets and capital projects, and drive sales across your region.

You will coach Community Managers, ensure market standards, and deliver a five-star resident experience while collaborating with home office teams to resolve regional challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role with 2+ years as regional/district manager.
• Proven property management experience; manufactured housing or multifamily assets valued.
• Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue and managing budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to inspire stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Translate Havenpark's strategy into regional plans and drive performance to meet goals.
• Own the financial health of your portfolio through budgets, P&L, and capital projects to maintain NOI.
• Drive home sales across your region by coordinating with Community Managers and on-site teams.
• Keep delinquency low and collections disciplined across every community.
• Ensure every community meets our Green and Clean standards and curb appeal.
• Deliver a five-star resident experience across your region.
• Use Havenpark's dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers to reach their full potential.
• Integrate newly acquired communities with 100-day plans and coordinate with the home office.
