Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Regional Property Manager in Denver to oversee the performance of multiple communities. You will manage budgets, lead a team of community managers, and ensure financial and operational goals are met while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires experience in multi-site property operations, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and industry standards. A college degree and CPM/CAMS/CAPS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for assigned properties and monitors attainment of goals.
• Oversees portfolio performance by inspecting properties and reviewing financial/operational reports.
• Leads community managers through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Drives client satisfaction with timely reporting and proactive communication.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and develops occupancy/revenue plans.
• Ensures properties meet standards via inspections and coordinates capital needs.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors, negotiates contracts, and tracks invoices.
• Completes HR, financial, and other required reports.
• Maintains attendance and meets physical demands per company policy.
