Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities in your region. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and oversee Community Managers while partnering with on-site sales teams to drive results.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and capital projects, ensure NOI targets, lead with data, coach teams, and travel regularly within your region to deliver a five-star resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role, with regional or multi-site leadership.
• Experience in property management, manufactured housing or multifamily assets preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage P&L across multiple locations.
• Strong data literacy and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to inspire across levels.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Region's Results by translating strategy into regional plans and driving performance.
• Lead with Data using Havenpark's dashboards to monitor performance and spot risks.
• Lead, Develop, and Hold Your Team Accountable through coaching and clear expectations.
• Home Readiness and Capital Projects to ensure timely completions and stay on budget.
• Integrate and Grow the Portfolio by aligning newly acquired communities with 100-day plans.
