Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead regional operations across a portfolio of properties. You will drive performance, manage client relationships, oversee financial stewardship, and align with corporate objectives through strategic leadership and execution.

You will supervise Regional Managers and on-site teams, conduct site visits, optimize processes, and review monthly financials in Salesforce to ensure procurement and LMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management or a related field.
• 5 years in property management leadership, with at least 4 years in multi-site leadership.
• 3rd party management experience; Business Development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers and on-site teams to meet performance benchmarks and operational standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess property conditions and ensure execution of client plans.
• Streamline processes and enforce operational expectations and policies.
• Act as secondary client liaison; conduct monthly reviews of financial performance and asset strategies.
• Oversee portfolio financial health; review performance using Tableau and client analytics.
• Approve financial transactions; manage cash flow and procurement in line with budgets.
• Collaborate with risk management to address issues and keep clients informed.
• Provide oversight to property-level administration and transition coordination where needed.
