Job summary

Havenpark in the United States seeks a Regional Leader to drive performance for a portfolio of communities. You will translate corporate strategy into regional plans, manage the P&L, budgets, and capital projects, and partner with on-site sales teams to achieve aggressive targets.

You will lead Community Managers, coach for growth, ensure a five-star resident experience, and maintain high standards of compliance and curb appeal across your region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years as a Regional or District Manager or equivalent multi-site leader.
• Proven experience in property management; manufactured housing communities or multifamily assets valued.
• Financial acumen: proven ability to drive revenue, control expenses, and manage P&Ls and budgets across locations.
• Comfort leading through data and holding teams to clear standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to inspire and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Translate Havenpark's strategy into regional plans and drive performance to meet ambitious goals.
• Own the regional P&L, budgets, and NOI; ensure positive financial health across the region.
• Drive home sales performance across the region with on-site teams to hit targets.
• Maintain low delinquency and disciplined collections.
• Ensure communities meet Green and Clean standards and curb appeal.
• Deliver a five-star resident experience across the region.
• Lead with data using Havenpark's dashboards to monitor performance and risks.
• Inspire, coach, and develop Community Managers; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee Home Readiness and Capital Projects to keep timelines and budgets.
• Integrate newly acquired communities via 100-day plans and regional collaboration.
• Foster resident and employee experience; champion clear communication and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
