Job summary

Havenpark is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-community portfolio, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations. You will oversee Community Managers, partner with on-site sales teams, and ensure performance, compliance, and a superior resident experience across your region.

You will drive regional strategy, manage budgets and capital projects, and leverage data to identify risks and opportunities. Travel across your assigned region is required to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role, with at least 2 years as Regional or District Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the region's results by translating strategy into regional plans and driving performance to meet goals.
• Oversee the financial health of the portfolio including P&L, budgets, and capital projects to maintain positive NOI.
• Drive regional home sales performance through collaboration with Community Managers and on-site sales teams.
• Keep delinquency low and collections disciplined across communities.
• Ensure each community meets Green and Clean standards and delivers a five-star resident experience.
• Lead, coach, and hold a high-performing team accountable, with regular 1:1s and staff meetings.
